This is a statutory requirement to protect not only the property but people against potential electric shock and fire risk. The maximum period between inspection is; Commercial = 5yrs, Educational = 5yrs, Cinemas = 1yr, Industrial = 3yrs, Domestic = 10yrs.
Michael carries both the inspection and certification out to BS:7671: 2018, IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition.
